Employers should notify ALL Medicare-Eligible Employees that their coverage
is "creditable" to match Medicare Part D within 60 days of their joining your plan, and annually by October 15th
of each year.

Employers should also notify CMS that their coverage is "creditable" within 60 Days of their plan renewal. You can do this by following this link:
